Thank you for visiting The Don web site.

We cater for walkers and cyclists as well - bicycles can be securely stored in the garage area, and damp muddy clothing can be dried off! Pack lunches are also available on request.


The Don has its own licenced bar and you can have an early evening tipple or a night-cap, try the locally brewed Purple Moose Real Ale. Afternoon tea can be served in the guest lounge while you peruse leaflets and books on the surrounding areas, and plan the next day adventure. An 2-course Evening Meal is available on request. Children of any age are welcome, under 12's at a discounted price.
Well-Behaved dogs are also welcome. Please bear in mind we do have pets (cats & dogs) and children of our own.
